Emma Lenz, MA, MFT
(651) 330-3434 ext. 106
Marriage and Family Therapist
I believe we are built for connection with others, and while relationships can be what causes stress in our lives, relationships can also bring healing. I strive to bring compassionate, culturally-sensitive care that encompasses the whole person- your emotional, physical, spiritual and relational selves. Together we can find solutions and insights, and work together towards your goals.
As a systemic therapist, my perspective is informed by trans generational theories, narrative therapy and internal family systems theory. While I believe that our families of origin heavily influence who we are, we also hold the tools and resources to support our own healing.
I work with children, adults and couples, with a variety of circumstances including relational stress, anxiety, depression, and maternal mental health. I am particularly passionate about supporting moms and parents in times of transition, and supporting individuals with questions of identity and faith or spiritual development.
